Zach grew up in Detroit Lakes MN and received a Bachelors of Science Degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Zach studied Mass Communications with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism and spent two semesters reporting with MSUM's Campus News show that aired on PBS weekly.
