The Sterling Silver Dance team in Superior is kicking it up as they prepare for the Christmas City of the North Parade.
Jena Pike shows us how they're lighting it up and re-mixing their groove.

They're taking the traditional...

And turning it up a notch with the help of the band 'Crescent Moon'

Some taking on new roles

"Now I can twirl instead of dancing in the parade."

Some dancing the route for the first time in their costumes...

"Red and silver"

Katelyn Prochnow"I get to use a tambourine and dance with everyone else."

And for others...

"I've been doing this for 16 years"

And they're heating up the performance.

"We're the fire twirlers so we basically lead the parade unit for all of the younger kids."

Not letting the cold get in the way.

"We get to wear these sparkly costumes, twirl fire it's dark outside, so when we see the lights of the cameras, the streets lights, it just kind of adds to the whole show." amanda barnard

"I'm looking forward to just having fun."

Which should be no problem for this crew.
