-- Jim Carlson, the owner of Last Place on Earth is throwing his hat in the ring in the 2012 Presidential election.
Carlson has received the nomination of the Grassroots Party for President. His campaign has now officially kicked off. Carlson needs 3,000 signatures to make it official. He wants to gather at least 6,000.
Carlson says it's his goal to get at least 5 percent of the Presidential vote to make a statement about his platform. His main goal is to legalize marijuana and limit the size of government.
