St. Paul, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Governor Mark Dayton put pen to paper Tuesday morning on three bills he says will spur economic growth.
The Governor signed the tax, budget and construction bills without a single line-item veto while surrounded by democratic leaders.
The tax bill provides $103 million in cuts. It also includes a half cent food and beverage tax to benefit West Duluth tourism.
The Bonding bill provides $1 billion for construction projects across the state.
Two bills remaining for the Governor's Signature are the legalization of medical marijuana and the revocation of online lottery games.
The Governor has two weeks to act on those bills.
