St. Paul, MN (NNCNOW.com) - The Minnesota House of Representatives approved a second tax bill Friday offering $103M in tax cuts for homeowners, renters and businesses.

The bill comes on the heels of $443 million in tax cuts signed into law on March 21.

The measure dubbed "Tax Bill 2" offers relief for homeowners, renters and businesses.

A half a million homeowners could see three percent increases in property tax relief.

$12.5 million in tax cuts is targeted for 350,000 renters.

The bill also provides aid to local governments in the future and approves Mayor Don Ness's request for a half percent food and beverage tax to fund tourism and recreation improvements in West Duluth.
