Duluth, MN (Northlands NewsCenter)
-- With less than three weeks before the Wisconsin Gubernatorial recall election, Wisconsin's Lieutenant Governor has a six point percentage lead over her challenger.
Republican Rebecca Kleenfisch, a former TV News Reporter, and small business owner, hopes to capitalize on a projected high voter turnout for Republicans.
According to a Marquette Law School Poll, 91 percent of republicans are planning to vote on June 5th.
Other polls show Kleenfisch's challenger, Mahlon Mitchell, the President of the Professional Fire Fighters of Wisconsin, gaining some momentum, but the Lieutenant Governor is confident she will keep her seat.
"We know that there are a lot of undecided voters in Wisconsin right now and so for the folks that are undecided we continue to talk about what we've accomplished. We continue to talk about job creation and working on jobs together."
Kleenfisch stopped by the northland to tour Rob's Custom Cabinetry in Superior.
