Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has completed its review of a shooting on March 21st involving a Duluth police officer.
The shooting took place at a West Duluth group home.
Officer Angela Robertson shot a resident after he assaulted her and tried to take her partner's gun away from him.
The BCA investigation found the level of force used by Officer Robertson was justified in this incident.
The Duluth Police Chief has called a news conference to discuss the shooting later today.
