On Thursday at approximately 8:11 PM, the Virginia Police Department received a complaint in the 300 Block of 1st Ave. N., regarding a male forcing a female into a vehicle and driving away.
The male suspect has been identified as 40 year old Timothy Glen Caskey, while the female has been identified as 44 year old Roberta Lynn Caskey.
Timothy and Roberta are currently married but separated due to Roberta having an active OFP (Order for Protection) against Timothy.
Timothy was released from the Duluth St. Louis County Jail on Thursday pending prior charges for violation of a domestic abuse no contact order and harassing phone calls.
It was reported that Roberta had been out walking with her 9 year old son and an adult female friend during which time Timothy pulled up in his vehicle and forced Roberta into the vehicle.
Timothy also assaulted the juvenile son and adult female friend.
Timothy left the area in the vehicle and their present location is unknown.
Roberta's cellphone was dropped at the scene and isn't in her possession.
The suspect vehicle is a red/maroon 1991 GMC Sierra pickup truck, MN lic. NFX-316, registered to Timothy.
