President Clinton's Speech Delayed

October 30, 2012 Updated Oct 30, 2012 at 1:36 PM CDT

Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- Former President Bill Clinton's speech at the Kirby Ballroom at UMD has been postponed due to a delay down in Minneapolis.

President Clinton's speech was scheduled to speak at 12:30pm with doors expected to open at noon.

The 900 people who are currently waiting outside the ballroom will have to wait another 30 minutes before they can enter the room.

Our reporter on the scene says that officials are hoping to start the President's speech at 2:30pm.

There is only room for about 750 people in the Kirby Ballroom, so many people are expected to be turned away.

We will keep you updated on President Clinton's arrival and when his speech will begin.
