St. Cloud, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The St. Cloud Police Department earlier today arrested the man who was wanted in connection with a downtown Duluth murder.
Joshua Lee Littlewolf, 41, was arrested while authorities were investigating a call on the 200 Block of 3rd Avenue NE in St. Cloud, MN.
Authorities were able to identify Littlewolf, who had an outstanding St. Louis County arrest warrant for 2nd degree murder.
Littlewolf was taken into custody and is currently being held at the Benton County Jail.
Duluth Police investigators worked with St. Cloud investigators to write and execute a search warrant for the residence that Littlewolf was arrested in.
Formal charges are pending.
Back on April 27th, 28-year-old Joshua Olson was found dead at the Frances Skinner Apartments.
Nakota Benjamin has already been charged with 2nd Degree Murder for his alleged involvement in the death of Olson.
According to Benjamin's criminal complaint, on April 27th at 8:22 in the morning, Duluth Police took a report of a dead body.
Benjamin made the call, allegedly telling the dispatch that he didn't commit the crime.
When officers arrived, Benjamin was seen walking around the apartment where a body was on the ground with a significant amount of blood in the head, neck and shoulder area. Authorities identified the body as that of Joshua Olson.
Another man had been arrested in connection with the stabbing, but he has since been released.
