Hayward, WI (Northland's NewsCenter) The trial for one of the suspects in a brutal murder of a 93 year old Radisson, Wisconsin woman has been re–set after it had been postponed so the defendant could find a new lawyer.

29 year old Christopher Roalson has had four public defenders.

His trial was expected to start today but a scheduling conference was held instead now that his fifth public defender, James Rennicke, has signed on to the case.

Roalson is charged with first degree murder for the brutal slaying of Irena Rozak at her home on May 3rd, 2009.

In January, 17 year old Austin Davis was sentenced to 25 years in prison and 15 years of extended supervision for his part in the murder.

Roalson's trial is now scheduled to start on January 31st for his alleged role in the crime.
