-- Burnett County Judge Kenneth Kutz says there is probable cause to proceed with charges against a Wisconsin couple whose 3-year-old daughter died of drowning.
Both Thomas Williams and Jenna Danish have been charged with Felony Child Neglect, resulting in death of Reena Mae Williams in August.
Around half a dozen witnesses testified in court Wednesday. Some of them witnesses on the day that Reena died.
The preliminary hearing took about three and a half hours.
Danish plead not guilty to the felony charged. Williams stood silent when asked if he was "guilty or not guilty," according to the District Attorneys office.
A motion has been filed for the trial to be held in a different venue.
