Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- A winter storm warning is issued by NWS from 6 p.m. Tuesday until 6 p.m. on Wednesday.

Up to 14 inches of heavy, wet snow is expected with 40 mph winds for areas south of Duluth.
