From paintings to jewelry to glass wear... Waters of Superior in Duluth is both a gallery and a store.

"We like to promote both sides of the arts, both the individuals that create them and the people who love to enjoy them in their home and offices around the area. It's all about capturing the refection and the beauty that our area has to offer," says Waters of Superior Manager Aubrey Danielson.

The store displays an array of artwork from more than 90 area artists.

"We give them space. All of the art isn't jammed up on top of everything else. You can actually stand back and look at the art and appreciate it," says Waters of Superior owner Jeff Frey.

This art venue opened nine years ago... and has drawn increasing numbers of people from across the country.

"I've lived all around the world and I come here and just see some of the finest art around. I think that says a lot about the people here and our appreciation for nature, color, and design," says Waters of Superior customer Andrea Dwyer.

Waters of Superior plans to continue its mission of a picture perfect business.

"We are open every day of the year for people to find refuge and enjoyment and visual memories that you see on the walls and places you've been with your family and friends," says Danielson.
