According to a report released by the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life, the number of Americans who are unaffiliated when it comes to religion is on the rise.
According to the Pew report:
Nearly 20 percent (19.6) of Americans do not identify with any religion. The number of those who are unaffiliated when it comes to religion has grown from 15 percent to nearly 20 percent in the last five years.
