Another strange story from Florida.
According to a report from the Sarasota (Fla.) Herald-Tribune, a 28-year-old homeless man was arrested over the weekend for charging his cellphone in a public park shelter in Sarasota, Fla.
The man was charged with theft of utilities before a judge threw the case out, according to the Sarasota Herald-Tribune report.
