Man Ticketed For Laughing Too Loudly In His Home

This is nothing to laugh about for a New York man.

According to a report from the New York Post, a 42-year-old man was issued a pair of summonses for laughing too loudly in his own home last month.

Police responded to the man's house following a complaint from a neighbor. Each summons carries a $250 fine or 15 days in jail, according to the New York Post report.
