Virginia, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - The Virginia woman allegedly kidnapped by her estranged husband, is finally on her way home.
Family members tell the Northland's NewsCenter 44-year-old Roberta Caskey will arrive in Duluth around 8 or 9 this evening.
Authorities arrested 40 year old Timothy Caskey in Matamoros, Mexico Tuesday afternoon. Caskey is accused of kidnapping his ex-wife, from her home on the Iron Range in mid-July.
He has since led authorities on an international chase that may have included a bank robbery in Kansas and a vehicle theft in Texas.
Caskey was sought on federal and state kidnapping warrants as well as a state false imprisonment charge and parole violation.
