Six years ago in Douglas County a colt named Windchill was rescued after being left for dead in sub–zero temperatures.

At just nine months Windchill lost his life, dying from malnutrition and frostbite due to owner neglect.

Rescuer Jeffery Tucker wrote a book in Windchill's honor last year.

Today Tucker went to Barnes and Noble in Duluth for a book tour in commemoration of Windchill's rescue.
