Big Fork, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- A Bigfork couple has been sentenced to six animal cruelty counts after nearly 150 animals were seized from their home last November.
Joshua and Laura Anderson were each sentenced to three petty misdemeanor animal cruelty charges in September.
Each of the charges are a $50 fine.
In March, the couple pleaded not guilty to a total of 68 animal cruelty charges
The two were charged with multiple misdemeanor counts of animal cruelty for allegedly inadequately caring for animals at their home.
Authorities say the rabbits, dogs, and horses were malnourished and mistreated.
The remaining animals will be up for adoption starting February 10.
