St. Paul, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Minnesota could see a bit more of Hollywood thanks to a proposed bill introduced by a state lawmaker today.

Sen. Terri Bonoff (DFL - Minnetonka) is behind the legislation aiming to provide $10 million to the Minnesota Film and TV Board.

The money could be used for production costs, talent and editing for features films, TV shows and music videos, as long as they directly create new jobs in the state.

Sen. David Tomassoni (DFL - Chisholm) is a co-author of the bill.
