(NNCNOW.com)-- NBC News reports that two people are dead and over 70 are injured after a plane crash at the San Francisco International Airport.
The crash happened just after 1:30 p.m., Central Time on Saturday. Several sources are telling NBC News that the early indication is that the plane came up short on it's landing and hit a seawall at the airport.
The flight departed from Seoul, South Korea. The plane, a Boeing 777, can hold up to 300 passengers.
Video shows the tail of the plane ripped off and black smoking pouring out of the wreckage. People were seen escaping on the inflatable emergency slide and walking away.
The full extent of the fatalities and injuries are not known at this time.
