Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.COM) -- The chairwoman of the Moose Lake School Board who faced drunk driving charges, for the third time in six years, pleaded not guilty in court today.

Kristine Marie Lyons was arrested on August 15th and charged with two counts of second-degree driving while impaired.

Moose Lake School Superintendent, Bob Indihar, responded to the charges in August saying it is not a school issue because the incident occurred off of school grounds.
