Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - The Historic Endion Train Depot in Duluth's Canal Park is now officially in the hands of Duluth business owners Rod Raymond and Tim Nelson.
The Duluth City Council unanimously approved the sale Monday night.
The business partners bid $300,000 dollars for the historic building back in October.
Raymond says he hopes to create a destination mixing fitness and fun while celebrating the area's culture.
City Councilor Dan Hartman says the city "lucked out" on the new owners and knows they'll work to bring the old station to its original luster.
