Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) -- Northland celebrities are practicing their dance moves for the eighth annual All-Star Celebrity Dance Challenge.
Eleven contestants will compete for the title of 'best dancer.'
Competitors have been working to perfect their routines for the past four weeks. Spectators can expect to see everything from the Charleston to the cha–cha.
The event is a fundraiser for the Minnesota Ballet and organizers say it has become a big hit.
"People just have a blast, they treat it like it's a sports event. They cheer for their favorite people, they bring signs, they hoot and holler. It's just become this huge event. We have to do it every year because people demand it," said Robert Gardner, Artistic Director for the Minnesota Ballet.
The dance challenge will be held on February 6 at Fregeau Auditorium at Marshal School at 7:30pm.
