Virginia, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Multiple Felony charges have been filed against an Eveleth man in connection with an armed robbery of the Virginia Cooperative Credit Union.
Neiman Regis Adams, 26, was charged in District Court Tuesday with aggravated robbery, assault and ineligible person in possession of a firearm.
Adams is one of two men accused of robbing the Credit Union last month.
The Criminal Complaint says he wielded a gun while his accomplice took cash from behind the counter.
Police arrested Adams three days later for violating his probation from a previous robbery.
The accomplice in the robbery has not yet been found or identified.
