Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The former little league coach accused of criminal sexual conduct with a minor has pleaded guilty.

47 year old Peter Jay Olson pleaded guilty to two counts of First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct during a plea hearing in Saint Louis County Court.

Judge Heather Sweetland dismissed the six other charges against Olson as part of the plea agreement. A pre-sentence investigation and a psycho-sexual evaluation have also been ordered for Olson.

The charges stem from accusations that Olson engaged in a sexual act with a victim at his house and at the Salvation Army, where Olson worked. The complaint alleges that Olson admitted to touching the boy sexually and performing a sex act upon him twice.

An amended complaint added allegations that he sexually assaulted and took nude photographs with a second victim.

Olson will be sentenced in November.
