Glowing pink to support the Fight Against Breast Cancer

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The Aerial Lift Bridge in Duluth will be sporting a new color this weekend.

The bridge will be lit up with pink lights from Friday to Sunday to commemorate the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk.

A lighting ceremony will take place on Friday from 6:45pm to 8pm outside the Duluth Area Office and Maritime Visitor Center.

The Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk is this Saturday at 9am at the Lake Superior College. Hundreds are expected to attend, including of breast cancer survivors, caregivers, friends, and family members, representatives from local corporations and community leaders who have formed teams to help raise money for the American Cancer Society.
