Sir Benedict's Tavern: Gnocchi Alla Sorrentina

Gnocchi

Flour
Potato
Parmiggiano
Basil
Olive Oil
Salt
(All of these items are too portion and consistency)

Mix together, add additional flour as desired. Work dough until moist and does not stick. Roll it into one ball. Divide into two small strings-cut inch thick and pinch. Throw into boiling water. Boil Gnocchi until floats. Add it to the sauce and saute.

Fresh tomato
Garlic
Olive Oil
Basil
(All to taste)
Finishing touch-Fresh Mozzarella
