Habitat for Humanity has kicked off its Holiday Lights Recycling Program.

They'll be accepting old used and defective holiday lights to keep the materials out of landfills.

All proceeds from the recycling will go to benefit local low income families.

You can drop off your holiday lights at the following locations: Habitat for Humanity in Superior, Campbell's Lumber, any Twin Ports Super One Foods, and Alco in Moose Lake.

The program concludes January 8th, 2014.
