Hibbing Police Warn of Counterfeit Bill

Hibbing, MN (NNCNOW.com) - According to the Hibbing Police Department, a $50 counterfeit bill was used at an Iron Range store Saturday.

The bill had serial number CF06285234A.

Authorities say similar bills have been used in the Duluth area recently as well.

The person who allegedly used the counterfeit bill is decribed as being a 5'8 - 5' 10 female with shoulder length brown hair, driving a mid-90's Cadillac.

The Hibbing Police Department is asking anyone who sees suspicious currency to contact police.
