House Fire in Duluth, Wiring the Suspect

Duluth, MN (NNC NOW) - Fire crews responded to a call of black smoke coming from inside the basement walls of a house on Missouri Avenue, around 1 PM.

Upon arrival, responders discovered a fire had ignited in between the exterior basement wall.

Crews had to tear down a section of the wall to extinguish the blaze.

Damage estimates, so far, are at $2500.

While the fire isn't being considered suspicious, it remains under investigation.
