Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- As the storm winds down in the Duluth area, people are beginning to be able to get around better.
People driving in I–35 report all lanes are open however, there are still some icy patches on the road, as seen by this accident on Midway Road.
Meanwhile the state and city plows have been out since early this morning and most of the main city roads are open to traffic.
You might still have some trouble getting through alleys and back streets and you may encounter significant ridges at intersections, created by snow plows.
Our Weather Now meteorologists say they believe the worst of the Leap Year storm is behind us...now it's just a matter of cleaning up.
