Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - At least, that's what the Children's Museum, in Duluth, did earlier this evening.

The popular children's book "Duck for President," by Doreen Cronin, was read to boys and girls, and a mock election was held afterwards, complete with a voting booth and campaign posters.

While it's all in the name of fun, organizers say the lessons learned will hopefully last.

"As they play they kind of take on roles that they'll have later, as adults. So, we're really trying to advocate for them taking the role of voter tonight," said Peter Jacobsen, of the Children's Museum.

...and the children have spoken!

In the race between Mr. Duck and Farmer Brown, it seems Mr. Duck has taken the election.

Organizers assure that Super PACs, or in this case, Super Quacks, didn't sway the vote.
