Level 3 Predatory Sex Offender Relocated to Hermantown

Hermantown, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- A level 3 predatory sex offender has been relocated to Hermantown with a Community Notification Meeting scheduled for Thursday.

Richard Lenor Phillips-Bey relocated to Hermantown on September 3rd. He has a history of sexual contact with female victims 15 years and older. Phillips-Bey used force to gain compliance. He was known and not-known to his victims.

A Community Notification Meeting has been scheduled for 6:00 PM on Thursday September 12th at the Hermantown Public Safety Building Training Center, 5111 Maple Grove Road.

Representatives from the Hermantown Police Department and the Minnesota Department of Corrections will be facilitating the meeting. There will be a presentation explaining predatory offender details, background information of Phillips-Bey, as well as a community discussion geared toward preserving safety in the community.

Phillips-Bey is not wanted by authorities and has already served the sentence imposed on him by the court.
