Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - Earlier Thursday, the bus tour made a stop in Duluth after kicking off the tour on the state Capitol steps, in Saint Paul.

Speakers included Eighth District Candidate Rick Nolan, House Minority leader Paul Thissen, and Senate Minority leader Thomas Bakk.

During the rally, speakers talked about the importance of voters remembering the lack of compromises that have taken place since Republicans claimed control of the House and Senate.

"Little did we know, and little did the voters of Minnesota know that compromise would soon become a dirty word," said Senate Minority Leader Thomas Bakk during the rally.

The tour made another stop in Cloquet shortly after visiting Duluth.
