St. Paul, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- A bill that would bump up minimum wage pay in MN passed another hurdle in St. Paul today.
The Senate Jobs, Agriculture and Rural Development Committee gave the green light to a bump in pay to $7.50 next year and $7.75 in 2015.
The increase doesn't apply to small businesses earning less than $625,000 a year.
Governor Mark Dayton has said he would sign such a bill into law.
