Man and Woman Awaiting Charges for Allegedly Burglarizing Home

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) –A 19 year old man and a 24 year old woman are awaiting charges after police say they burglarized a home in Duluth.

On February 12, officers were called to the 8800 block of Grand Avenue for a burglary in progress.

A neighbor saw Sean Saylor and a woman enter into a home through the back door.

The suspects were seen leaving the house and move into a wooden area near 90th Avenue West and Swenson Avenue.

Officers located the suspects on Clyde Avenue and located the stolen items from the house.

Saylor has prior convictions of, receiving stolen property, 2nd Degree Burglary, 5th Degree Assault, Aid and Abet Financial Transaction Card Fraud, 2 counts of Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, 5th Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Misdemeanor Theft.

Saylor and the 24 year old woman are awaiting charges of 3rd Degree Burglary.
