Minneapolis, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Want a piece of Metrodome history before the stadium is deflated on January 18th?
Albrecht Signs out of Fridley, MN will be selling the Metrodome seats from now until January 7th.
Albrecht will be offering Metrodome seats at three different price points:
- non- profit rate ($40 per seat)
- general seats ($60 per seat plus tax)
- special location seats – if available ($80 per seat plus tax)
“Albrecht Signs has provided the opportunity for high schools, community groups, colleges to purchase Metrodome seats at cost,” said Michele Kelm-Helgen. “A number of Minnesota organizations wanted seats for new or old ball parks, and we wanted to be able to make them available. Albrecht presented us with a very fair pricing plan, and we are happy to partner with them.”
Fans and the Vikings will commemorate the Mall of America field throughout the weekend as the team prepares to play their final game this Sunday at the Metrodome.
During the final game on Sunday, every fan who enters the stadium will receive a commemorative pennant celebrating the final season.
The Metrodome has been home to both the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Twins since it was opened in 1982.
The Dome was first inflated on October 2nd, 1981 and will be deflated for the final time on January 18th, 2014.
