Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - A new mental health facility for children and young adults in Duluth is in the running to get $50,000 dollars.

The Miller–Dwan Foundation is in the top 10 to receive money from the Pepsi Refresh Everything challenge for its Amberwing and Give Voice now project. Construction for the $5.5M dollar mental wellness and chemical dependency center began just last week.

The money would go towards the last $500,000 dollars in building costs.

The foundation is one of 250 vying for the prize. You can vote by visiting the Pepsi Refresh Project website
