Oliver, WI (NNCNOW.com) - In the tiny Wisconsin border town of Oliver, El Dorado Bar owner Todd Pfeffer has made a legacy for his establishment as the place to be on game day in Wisconsin... that is, if you're a Vikings fan.

"We do a free drink for every Vikings' touchdown," said Pfeffer, who has been owner of the El Dorado for the past 9 years. The previous owners were also, coincidentally, Vikings fans.

But cheese heads are more than welcome, says Pfeffer, and the atmosphere inside the El Dorado is always accommodating for both sides.

Pfeffer says some Pack fans have even gone the extra mile to show their appreciation: "We have a Vikings clock on the wall which was purchased by two Packer fans. They put it up on the wall just as a 'thank you.'"

It's that camaraderie coupled with that decades–old rivalry which Pfeffer says keeps the game day regulars coming back every season.

"There's a lot of bantering back and forth, but they have a great time," said Pfeffer, laughing.

But Mike Cragin, El Dorado regular and diehard Packer fan will be spending game day at Lambeau Field with his wife... a Vikings fan.

"It's like vinegar and oil when we show up," said Cragin, who purchased two shares of stock in the Packers for each of his daughters, "but I told them they don't get it until I'm dead," he added.

But the big question is, 'can fans for the losing team cheer for the winning team?' They're both NFC North after all. The answer: it all depends on who you ask.

"I'd like to see the Vikings win, but if they don't, at least I've got the Packers. Hopefully they get to the Super Bowl," said Pfeffer.

"...absolutely not. It won't happen. It might happen with Viking fans—they can cheer for Packers—but Packer fans cannot cheer for Vikings and it annoys the heck out of my wife," said Cragin.

Let's just hope the car ride home isn't too awkward.

Saturday's border battle will kick off at 7 PM on NBC.
