Orr, MN (NNCNOW.com) - The woman who allegedly started a fire at her family's home in Orr after assaulting two family members has been charged.
Melanie Rose Porter, 26, faces charges of first degree arson, second degree assault and terroristic threats.
She's being held in the St. Louis County Jail in Duluth.
Porter's next court appearance is scheduled for Thursday, February 14th.
