Pasta Alla Arrabbiata

You will need:
4 oz. Italian Sausage
8 oz. Whole Peeled Tomato
3 ea. Cloves of Peeled Garlic
1 Tbsp. Minced Carrots
1 oz. Fresh Basil
2oz. Pure Olive Oil
8 oz. Cooked Spaghetti Pasta
1 Tbsp. Salted Butter
2oz. Grated Parmesan-Reggiano Cheese
Pinch of Kosher Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper

Place olive oil in pan with 1.5 cloves of minced garlic, cook on medium heat until garlic turns a light golden brown, then add crushed whole peeled tomatoes, carrots, salt & pepper, and let mixture reduce at low heat. Next, begin cooking your dry pasta in boiling water for 8-10 minutes. At this time, also begin browning your Italian Sausage. Once cooked, add basil, parmesan-reggiano cheese, and your cooked pasta to the pan of sauce. Begin tossing your sauce in with the pasta and add your butter, then place neatly on serving dish or pasta bowl, and garnish with Parmesan-Reggiano cheese.
