Eveleth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The owner and photographer of Thomas Leonard Studio in Eveleth, MN has been charged for allegedly looking through a wall into a dressing room while two juvenile girls were in the room.
55 year old Donald Louis Peterson of Thomas Leonard Studio has been charged with two felony counts of Interference with Privacy Against a Minor Under 18 Years of Age.
According to officials, the Eveleth Police Department received a complaint that Peterson was allegedly looking through a hole in the wall into the dressing room where a juvenile female had been changing.
During the investigation, it was alleged Peterson had been looking into the dressing room from an adjoining room.
Two juvenile females had reportedly been inside the dressing room at the time Peterson was looking through a space in the wall.
