Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - Police say no charges will be filed against the 34–year–old suicidal man involved in Wednesday's standoff in West Duluth.
The situation started when the man threatened to blow himself up with a cylinder of propane.
Police officers and a Swat Team swarmed the home to try and get the man to come out and surrender. Authorities ended the four hour ordeal with a flash bang grenade.
Police say he is undergoing a mental health evaluation at the hospital.
