Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Public comment is now being taken on a plan to restore a stream in a Duluth neighborhood that was severely damaged by the June 2012 flooding.
A stabilization plan has been developed to strengthen the stream bed and restore fish habitat in Coffee Creek near Enger Park.
The city plans to remove a partially washed out culvert and restore more than 1,000 feet of stream channel.
