Hayward, WI (NNCNOW.com) --- A Radisson, WI man has pleaded not guilty to the charge of sexual assault of a child under the age of 16.
According to the criminal complaint, 46 year old Raymond E. Harris is charged with Sexual Assault of a Child Under 16 Years of Age which is a felony.
This charge stems from a statement from the alleged victim saying that Harris had sexual contact with her and kissed her in places she didn't like.
Harris' next court date is scheduled for January 28th.
