Superior, WI (Northland's NewsCenter) - An armed robbery suspect, wanted by Superior Police since early September, is now in custody.
Police arrested the 35-year-old man at 3:30 Friday afternoon at the Mariner Mall Parking Lot.
The man is accused of a robbery and potential shooting that happened at 1627 ½ Tower Avenue on September 1st.
He's being held at the Douglas County Jail on a charge of armed robbery.
If convicted, he could face 40 years behind bars and a fine of up to $100,000 dollars.
