Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com)-- Two skydivers missed their mark after attempting to land on Park Point Saturday afternoon.

The St. Louis County Rescue Squad, Duluth Fire Department, and the Coast Guard responded to reports of two skydivers that landed approximately 3/8 of a mile off the shore of Park Point, near the beach house.

One of the skydivers landed about 200 yards off shore. The other, who landed further out, was brought back by a float plane. The man and woman were both uninjured.

Both were jumping with a group from Superior Sky Dive and attempted to land near the harbor side of the beach house. Authorities say they had to leave to plane early, causing the water landing.
