Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- A temporary First Street Road Closure has been postponed due to mechanical issues.
First Street will be closed between 4th Avenue West and 5th Avenue West.
A large crane to install a piece of equipment on the roof of City Hall will be taking place.
